We are looking to add a General Office Admin position to our team. This position plays an integral role in supporting the multifaceted functions of the company. The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self-motivated individual who strives for success. This individual must be a team player as well as handling tasks alone in a fast-paced environment. The position is a minimum 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, with some OT required as needed.

This individual will assist in all office tasks, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Certified Payroll
- OCIP Reporting
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Airport Badging
- Month End Financials
- Contract Preparation
- Filing/Phone calls/Phone Etiquette
- Tracking Certificates of Insurance
- Previous office experience (2 years)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with good time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Previous construction office experience a plus
- Basic Accounting experience a plus
- HR Experience a plus
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
