• Answers, transfers and directs incoming calls using a telephone switchboard.

• Greet customers upon their entrance to the dealership in a positive, helpful manner.

• Create an exceptional customer experience with each call that is answered.

• Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopies, scanning, faxing, emailing, data entry, and assisting with parts inventory documentation.

• Gives routine, non-interpretative information on request.

• Basic account task function

• Prepare daily cash deposits, receipts for filing

• Month-end Statement folding, stuffing, mailing and faxing

• Receive and sort incoming and outgoing correspondence
