Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations and current vehicle conditions so they can make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous training/education or experience in automotive repair or maintenance preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to follow processes and instructions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
