GENERATOR/HVAC Field Service Representative ( TESA) in Vicenza Italy. Must have a current and active Secret clearance.

Our work depends on a Field Service Representative joining our team to support C5ISR Communication-electronics sustainment efforts across the European theater of operations.
HOW AN HVAC GENERATOR FSR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Conducting technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
- Assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conducting technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives. Acts as local on-site representative to customer's organization.
- Required to perform other additional duties and assignments in support the Contract.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Possess an Active Secret security Clearance
- Familiar with GCSS-Army Maintenance and Work Order process.
- Work Location: Germany with 25-50% travel required to other European countries
- Productivity, Efficiency and One time completion

- Meet Contractual Sustainment Repair Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- TESA Accreditation Requirements;
- A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An Associate's degree and/or Major Certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Bending, Carrying, Climbing, Define Color, Depth Perception, Field Of Vision, Hearing High Noise Levels, Medium Work – Normal Requirements Lift 50 lbs, Reaching, Requires Personal Protective Equipment, Speaking, Standing, Work Area Subject to Vibration, Work Includes Visual Inspections Working around Hazards, Working both Inside and Outside, Working with Computers/CRTs
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety Shoes must be worn on work-site.Employee is require to purchase the PPE and Safety Shoes.
The likely salary range for this position is $66,602 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
