Required Skills
+ With 8 - 10 years of experience Analytics.
+ Hands-on experience to build custom analytical models for structured call metadata
+ Experience in building custom models on python and render visualizations on powerBI or equivalent (basic ones)
+ Strong experience on call center analytics
