Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Consultant- 60129

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Consultant to work Baltimore, MD

Requirements:

• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and ensure expectations are managed effectively.
• Perform GE Smallworld EOGDO development using Magik programming. Maintain and optimize GIS systems.
• Expertise in interface integration and GIS configuration for seamless data flow across systems.
• Configure and maintain FME Server, including the SBS FME plugin, to ensure smooth integration and data transformation processes.
• Work within an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams for project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with GE Smallworld EOGDO development
• Proficient in Magik scripting for GIS solutions
• Expertise in FME Server configuration and maintenance, including the SBS FME plugin
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong data modeling and interface integration skills
