Geriatrician Position Summary:

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Simsbury, Connecticut area. You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care.

Role: 100% geriatric medicine; 50% outpatient consults and 50% SNF consults

Location:  Simsbury, CT

Schedule:  Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)

Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Guarantee range: $240,000 - $345,000
