Position: GIS Analyst

Our client, a rapidly expanding fiber optic network provider, is seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of the database and the design of the fiber optic network, with a strong emphasis on as-built documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure network design databases are accurate and meet client expectations.
- Update as-built information in design software and client databases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct research to obtain GIS information related to road types, addresses, utility data, and more to support the engineering team's fiber optic network designs and permitting processes.
- Perform all duties related to GIS activities required for project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a GIS-focused field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Analyst in telecom fiber optic network design.
- Proficiency with ESRI products, including QGIS, ArcGIS, AGOL, ArcMap, ArcCollector, ArcPro, or similar GIS-based software.
Pay Rate: Dependent on experience (DOE)
Term: 6 Months, Temp-to-Direct
