Job Position       : GIS Architect

Job Duration      : 7 Months

Location            : Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Local Richmond, VA candidates only
• *Candidate must also be able to work onsite 1-2 days/wk
• *Candidate must be willing to a second ON SITE interview, if requested by hiring manager
• *Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
• Custom GIS application development using JavaScript and .NET Required 10 Years
• Development of middleware applications to enhance business workflows Required 10 Years
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom Linear Referencing System solutions for a large enterprise. Required 8 Years
• Writing, maintaining, updating 2.x and 3.x Python for GIS ETL processes Required 8 Years
• Experience in installing, configuring, and administering ArcGIS Enterprise deployments Required 5 Years
• Proficiency in spatial data development using Oracle and SQL Server, including Oracle Spatial. Required 5 Years
