This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in glazing, including curtain wall experience on projects up to 4 stories and the ability to make templates for custom shower glass. • Leadership & Training: Lead and mentor a team of glaziers, expanding their skill sets and ensuring high standards of quality. Provide training and act as a role model in the field.
• Glazing Expertise: Perform professional glass installation, repair, and replacement, specializing in curtain wall projects up to 4 stories and custom shower enclosures.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Custom Templates: Create precise templates for custom shower glass installations to meet design specifications.
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct inspections to uphold quality standards, resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure job requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Commercial & Residential Projects: Execute work on both commercial construction sites and residential spaces, focusing on installing curtain walls and custom showers.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in glazing, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects. Curtain wall experience on structures up to 4 stories is required.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in handling, cutting, and installing various types of glass, with experience in creating custom templates for shower glass.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong attention to detail and a knack for resolving issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy materials, work on ladders, scaffolding, and perform tasks safely in various environmental conditions.
• Safety Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
• Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
