As the **Global Black Belt Sales & Biz Dev Professional - Cloud Endpoints** , you will be part of a select team spearheading Microsoft Cloud Enpoint, modern device & management solutions and future products that will enable customers to accelerate their ability to deliver their hybrid work needs that is loved by users and trusted by IT.
You will be a senior sales leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers and be a reference for other specialist sellers across Cloud PC, Modern Devices and Endpoint management. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve/exceed solution sales in your region. You will help customers evaluate their productivity and Hybrid work strategy, recommend solutions that meet their requirements, remove roadblocks to and drive customer satisfaction. You will contribute to building a culture of collaborative and inclusive business leadership & development to scale the Modern Work business over the next 3-5 years.

**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for driving the Cloud endpoint business including but not limited to large, complex, and strategic deals across the region and landing customer satisfaction with Microsoft solutions in the productivity space with Microsoft's Cloud Endpoint, hardware and Intune management solutions.
+ Be a thought leader who can articulate the value and of M365 Security and Modern management across Cloud managed devices and engage confidently at CxO levels to articulate the customer value proposition in driving a secure and productive collaboration solution.
+ Lead local sales teams across regions right from understanding customers' needs to landing the value proposition of M365 Endpoints across Microsoft's Cloud Solutions, modern endpoints and management suite.
+ Land new incubation motions / solutions in the field and able to pull together various stake holders across Sales, business groups, Engineering, Partners to land the solution and help build a scale motion for the future.
+ Be the sales and technical thought leader in the space and coach / mentor specialists and field teams by being on top of compete scenarios, sales plays, product life cycle, deal coaching and best practices.
+ Be the voice of the field in providing inputs to leadership and engineering on strategic market needs and opportunities shaping current and future products, market strategies and customer centric ideas.
+ Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned industries / accounts to grow the business together with Modern Work sales Managers and Specialist sales teams.
+ Represent Microsoft and the solution area as a subject expert and evangelize internally and externally across various forums, customers, and partners.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7+ years technology-related sales in Solution selling experience across C-suite, Virtual/Modern desktop/Endpoint experience or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ Prior enterprise customer sales leadership experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ 9+ years technology-related sales in Solution selling experience across C-suite, Virtual/Modern desktop/Endpoint or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales in Solution selling experience across C-suite, Virtual/Modern desktop/Endpoint or account management experience
o OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales in Solution selling experience across C-suite, Virtual/Modern desktop/Endpoint or account management experience.
+ 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
+ Understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions. Modern work - M365 stack across Endpoint management, Windows 365, M365, Surface and Copilots, Azure Virtual Desktop and kowledge of other VDI solutions like Citrix, VMware, Amazon Workspaces.
+ Motivated and ability to manage ambiguity in a matrix environment.
+ Collaboration skills and executive presence - Ability to influence and leverage wider set of stake holders internally and externally including senior business and tech leaders.
+ Learning agility and tech intensity to drive incubation solutions.
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.
