Microsoft is looking to expand our sales team by adding an experienced **Global Blackbelt Business Applications Sales Executive - Financial Services Sector.**
We are looking for an experienced industry Sales Executive in Financial Services sector, particularly in Banking and/or Insurance, and ideally with experience in Capital Markets.
You will manage, leading and closing strategic Microsoft opportunities within the Americas. The **Global Blackbelt Business Applications Sales Executive - Financial Services Sector** will also engage with Microsoft Account teams across solution areas to identify, drive and unlock value within our largest customers.

**Responsibilities**
Managing, leading and closing strategic Microsoft opportunities within the Americas.
The Global Blackbelt (GBB) Business Applications Sales Executive - Financial Services Sector will also engage with Microsoft Account teams across solution areas to identify, drive and unlock value within our largest customers.
A successful GBB Business Applications Sales Executive - Financial Services Sector, will contribute to the local sales team by focusing on complex deals, including building relationships with Financial Services Industry leaders and partners within the Microsoft ecosystem. The Global Blackbelt Business Applications Sales Executive - Financial Services Sector will be involved in specific and strategic sales opportunities, and in developing and delivering industry point of views designed to uncover net new Dynamics sales opportunities for strategic Financial Services customers within the Americas and operating as part of a global team. To be successful in-role, the candidate will need to engage directly with prospects, customers and partners and will be depended upon to team with Microsoft teams within field sales, partners, as well as other Microsoft sales and technical resources.
You will engage with partners in the strategy, solution, proof and closing stages of a given sales cycle. Candidates with the ability to succeed in this role will display the following attributes: Industry experience, incremental sales, communication, negotiation, problem solving and organizational skills; understanding of Microsoft's strategic direction; ability to develop successful compete strategies, deliver effective presentations; ability to engage with a wide range of audiences from end user to management, and a thorough understanding of a solution selling sales cycle.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ 4+ years experience selling cloud-based CRM/ERP/Low code solution into Financial Services sector, particularly in Banking and/or Insurance, and ideally with experience in Capital Markets.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
o OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
+ 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
+ 6+ years experience selling cloud-based CRM/ERP/Low code solution into Financial Services sector, particularly in Banking and/or Insurance, and ideally with experience in Capital Markets.

+ Business application sales (Experience in selling end to end solution from lead to cash a plus)
+ Selling software-as-a-service or cloud-based business applications to enterprise customers
+ Identifying unique and complex business challenges and solutions
+ Driving and leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and engaging in sophisticated business case discussions.
+ Carrying and exceeding sales quotas by driving and closing enterprise opportunities.
+ Demonstrated passion and commitment for customer success.
+ Sales Experience with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise Platforms
+ Proficient customer relationship and presentation skills including Story Telling experience, C-level presentations experience, facilitating envisioning workshops and engaging in business value discussions.
+ Ability to influence and coach other selling professionals and account teams; working through others to drive success.
+ Analytical skills to support business decisions and priorities.
+ Self-starter with time management skills - able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
+ Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
+ Experience working within the Partner Ecosystem for Dynamics.
+ Design Thinking and Solution Envisioning experience.
Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year.
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,000 - $217,600 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $168,600 - $237,500 per year.
