What you will do: 

• Support the execution of global digital marketing strategiesfocused on lead generation and revenue growth, collaborating closely with international teams to align marketing efforts across diverse markets. 

• Manage global digital marketing processesto generate new leads using tools such as SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions. 

• Maintain and enhance the digital marketing technology stack,optimizingonline visibility and customer engagement in both regional and global campaigns. 

• Analyze user behavior across different marketsthrough the customer journey,providingactionable insights to improve the effectiveness of global digital marketing efforts. 

• Measure marketing performance on a global scale, making data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing ROI and support overarching business goals worldwide. 

Level II Additions: 

• Implement and manage global technology and processesto improve the efficiency of marketing teams across different regions. 

• Develop and enhance global marketing processesfor increased operational effectiveness, enabling seamless collaboration across the global marketing team.

What you will need: 

Level I 

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degreerequired, with a preference for Marketing or Data Analysis disciplines. 

• 5 yearsofrelevant experience. 

Level II 

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degreerequired, with a preference for Marketing or Data Analysis disciplines. 

• 5+ yearsofrelevant experience. 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

• Expertisein data analysis and generating actionable insights. 

• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising. 

• Analyze Google Analytics, Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) data to boost customer conversions. 

• Ability to influence marketing strategies and adapt to evolving digital trends. 

• Track marketing ROI and enhance the lead lifecycle by using tools like Google Data Studio and Power BI for vendor-specific reporting. 

• Strong technical skills for managing andmaintainingmarketing technologies. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
