About the Job
We are seeking a highly experienced data and analytics professional to be the Enterprise Data Analytics Lead at our office in Cary, NC, USA. This is a hybrid role.
The incumbent will report directly to the CIO and will lead the company's data strategy and operations, working closely with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure alignment with business objectives. The incumbent will ensure ideation and overseeing implementation of strategic data and analytics initiatives for enhanced value creation for end customers. The incumbent will manage multiple contractors, oversee data governance, and drive innovation in data science, analytics and reporting.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the company's data strategy, including data governance and data architecture
- Ideate strategic data initiatives to support digital experience and customer value creation
- Drive innovation in data analytics and reporting, identifying new opportunities to use data to improve business outcomes
- Set and enforce standards for the global data architecture
- Collaborate with domain leaders in all geographical regions to ensure data solutions align with business objectives and deliver value
- Manage a team of data professionals and multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement processes for data quality control and security, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Utilize artificial intelligence as appropriate to improve data processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPENTENCIES
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in data management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple contractors and teams in a global environment
- Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data quality control
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, PowerApps, and Power BI is a bonus
