The **Global Head of Strategy and Solutions** is a passionate and inspirational leader that generates clarity and energy in the organization, setting a common vision and inspiring customers and partners. Anticipates and articulates customer needs through deep industry and market knowledge, executing through delivery of Industry strategy that aligns OneMicrosoft in delivering the sales opportunity. Is accountable for launching industry scenarios, design the Go-To-Market plan to drive sales at scale across customers and partners. Leads feedback loop across field, customer, partner, marketing, and engineering to monitor progress of strategy implementation across market. Leads the Industry Executive Business Reviews with deep connections with engineering, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and resources. Seeks synergies cross industry to respond to customer/market changes

**Responsibilities**
As **Global Head of Strategy and Solutions** you own the Industry Strategy and Plan, and lead change management strategy and planning. You develop and lead the landing model for the Industry, partnering with Regional Business Leaders to ensure accountability model for local landing of specific changes. You deliver landing and adoption success leading change management and listening rhythms support successful attainment of defined adoption targets, ensuring change virtual teams are activated and business outcomes on track. Serve as coach to grow change management skillsets across the team.
+ You develop, drive and execute multiple Sales Strategy projects/programs and teams across organizational boundaries as a project lead through defining plans, goals, deliverables, feedback, resource balancing and timing expectations as proactively identify complex roadblocks and addresses them. You anticipate and articulate customer needs through deep industry and market knowledge, executing through delivery of Industry strategy that aligns One Microsoft in delivering the sales opportunity.
+ You manage key points of contact with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Field Sales) as you manage and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders and senior internal leaders (e.g., Corporate Vice President/Vice President, Senior Directors, General Managers, and higher).
+ You are accountable for launching industry scenarios, design the Go-To-Market plan to drive sales at scale across customers and partners. You lead the Industry Executive Reviews with deep connections with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives and resources, and seek synergies cross industry to respond to customer/market changes
+ You act as a subject matter expert and define landing strategies across various Microsoft sales and planning activities (e.g., Sales Strategy, Sales Model, Pre-Sales Model, Account and Territory Planning). Collaborates with Field and Corporate leaders to identify planning focus areas and cases for change.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND **6+ years** experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ year's experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
+ 4+ years people management experience.
+ Advanced Experience in Telco or Media
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Advanced experience in Telco and Media across different Time Zones.
+ Experience with Customer and partner networks in Telco & Media ecosystem. Ability to make confident recommendations to C-suite and business decision makers.
+ Embody a growth mindset.
+ 10+ years People Management Experience.
+ Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across all levels of organizations.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND **14+ years** marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience with an emphasis on large scope projects partnering with senior leadership
+ OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 12+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
+ OR equivalent experience
Sales Strategy Enablement M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $154,500 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $199,600 - $299,400 per year.
