About the Role:The Global HR Operations Analyst – Diversity Reporting is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team and will be responsible for developing processes and solutions for the firm’s response to industry, client, RFP ("Request for Proposal"), and internal diversity survey and reporting requests, while identifying the needs and requirements for each survey/report request and working with the Global HR Operations team to obtain the necessary data to prepare the summary reports. This role will be located in either our New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:Other key responsibilities include:
- Developing processes and procedures for the intake, preparation, review, and distribution of the summary information requested
- Completing the survey questions as needed/requested
- Tracking diversity statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the firm as well as using expertise to interpret KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular updates to leadership about diversity reporting trends, including client, survey, and industry diversity goals and initiatives
- Working closely with the Business Services Recruiting team and Business Services Diversity & Inclusion team to develop standard and ad hoc reports and metrics to assist in building and maintaining diversity initiatives
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Display the ability to work well under pressure, and manage and prioritize multiple requests on tight deadlines
- Possess knowledge and proficiency in general PC applications, including MS Office
And have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, preferably
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and Human Resources Administration
