About the Job
You will join our team to develop and support ITSM applications on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will focus on scripting, configuration, and integration across a variety of ServiceNow applications, helping to maintain and improve solutions like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and more. You will also have the opportunity to help deploy new functionality such as performance analytics, workspaces, and UI builder.
You will work closely with a team of engineers, administrators, and architects, contributing to agile ceremonies and collaborating with the product owner and scrum lead to prioritize and deliver tasks in each sprint. As a core contributor to the platform, you will support solution design, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and day-to-day operational needs, helping the team deliver reliable, high-quality ITSM solutions to users across the organization.
