About the Job
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders, Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking Labels
- Freight Bookings: perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarders and Factories.
- Commercial Documents: execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are done promptly
- Collaborate on the monthly shipment plan from our factories
- Support Supply Chain activities with data entry tasks to ensure 100% of the information shown in BP is up-to-date daily.
- Control Receivings, Create ASN’s, Collaborate on the monthly Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation process
- Organize in Google Drive documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices & Commercial Docs, and weekly/monthly reports.
Experience/ Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in operations
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Experience in shipping/logistics
- Excel proficient - data analysis (important)
- Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and written
- Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure we provide excellence in customer experience
- Continuous learning and growth mindset
- Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs
- A responsible team player who works well with others
- Able to make good decisions independently

We are looking for a Global Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team by providing On-Time Data Accuracy related to Purchase Orders in our main ERP and other platforms on a daily and/or bi-weekly basis. Also helping to prepare any reporting.
