- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in sales, go-to-market, or commercialization related functions.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data visualizations.
- Experience working with or building products used to measure digital ads performance.
- Experience in the areas of Business Intelligence/Analytics.
- Ability to set a goal and translate these into tactical quarterly goals.
- Excellent tactical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive management and product teams.

The Product and Sales Activation (PSA) team is responsible for performance and brand solutions for Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers around the world from large mid-market companies to local shops served by the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Business. We are the product and business experts behind GCS Googlers that are responsible for driving business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through analysis, build consensus with stakeholders, and program manage cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success and business growth. Within the Global PSA Performance team, the Privacy Centric Measurement team mission is to shape, simplify and scale Google’s measurement solutions, empowering sellers to maximize value for our GCS customers.
In this role, you will lead the GCS Privacy go-to-market strategy, including how GCS customers and users engage with our products and solutions. You will engage with the various product, marketing, and GCS teams to drive product changes and create go-to-market strategies and effective incentive systems. You will gain valuable global experience, leading a virtual team of local product experts in other regions to manage programs, share discoveries and uncover new insights that help SMBs succeed around the world.

Responsibilities
- Define product and go-to-market strategy for Measurement and Privacy from concept to scale.
- Perform analysis of complex datasets to enhance our understanding of go-to-market trends and drive business decision-making.
- Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to facilitate the scaling of our processes and operations.
- Establish as the subject matter expert on Google’s Privacy ecosystem and how our customers use our Measurement products.
- Work with Product, Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional partners to identify and size market and customer opportunities, plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities, and partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in-region.
