JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating impactful positioning guides, pitch decks, quick reference guides, pitch cards and qualification tools, along with executing service/product demos and generating compelling case studies. You will be responsible for crafting marketing and creative briefs for product and service campaigns, including marketing emails. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing go to market materials that effectively communicate product and service value across diverse verticals and audiences.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop positioning guides, pitch decks, and quick reference guides/pitch cards to articulate the value of products and services effectively.
+ Design qualification tools to assist the sales team in identifying the best-fit customers and opportunities.
+ Create compelling case studies that highlight product success stories and customer outcomes.
+ Collaborate with Alorica IQ team to execute product/service demo videos that showcase features and benefits for different use cases.
+ Provide ongoing support to the sales and sales enablement teams by developing and optimizing enablement materials that align with go-to-market strategies.
+ Develop comprehensive marketing and creative briefs for product and service campaigns, ensuring alignment on objectives, key messaging, and deliverables for marketing emails and other campaign assets.
+ Ensure all marketing collateral, case studies, and demo materials are SEO-optimized for conversion and engagement.
+ Work closely with sales, marketing, and Alorica IQ teams to align messaging, drive consistency, and ensure that all materials reflect the product’s unique value.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years of product marketing experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & other characteristics:
+ Proven experience creating compelling marketing content, sales enablement materials, and campaign briefs.
+ Ability to effectively showcase technology for different use cases to diverse audiences.
+ Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
+ Experience creating marketing and creative briefs for campaigns – Marketing emails, landing pages etc.
+ Understanding of SEO with the ability to optimize content for maximum conversion and engagement.
+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical details into client centric content.
