About the Job
Responsibilities : PM with strong functional knowledge of Validation and QA for pharmaceutical or biotech
SAP S/4 implementation experience
Able to effectively communicate to business partners across all levels all the way up to leadership (not technical speak)
Able to work in a chaotic, high-pressure environment
Knows project management framework (PMP or other project management certification)
Lead, guide, and steer the business partners who know Oracle well but are not SAP experts
Set up an effective project management framework to ensure we're tracking to our deliverables
Identify and provide solutions for mitigating risks and issues
Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items
Log and manage Change Requests to completion
Create and update status dashboards.
