Sci., Comp Engg., Info Sys, rel Engg discip, or a rel. field + 5 yrs of rel. exp req. ADP will also accept a Master’s deg + 2 yrs of rel exp. 2 yrs of exp must include: SAP HCM; SuccessFactors EE Cntrl; SAP US Payroll & bene implmnt; Prep func specs & change control reqs, incl des & config details; Difft payroll sys & regs in EMEA, LATM & APAC; Dlvr client comms & ticket mgmt/resol via CRM; SAP Cloud Platform Integ; GlobalView payroll sys; Design & config of cmplx solns.
