Summary of Role:
GlobalFoundries’ Global Supply Chain team is seeking an Analyst to join their team in the Austin, TX location. This individual will work to drive process improvements across multiple teams and develop various data roadmaps.
Essential Responsibilities include:
+ Participate in projects involving upstream and downstream data flows and processes to ensure compliance with data governance policy.
+ Recommends changes to improve process efficiencies, ensures timely and professional communication to users, management, and senior leadership with repetitive issues. Interfaces with cross-functional teams to validate adherence to master data policies and communicate non-adherence where appropriate.
+ Analyzes data and process issues as raised by the business, Information Technology (IT), self-found and department found, assess the impact, and create/execute action plans as needed. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends (utilize excel to perform analysis).
+ Develop and manage reporting solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations that meet business requirements and support organizational growth.
+ Evaluates and identifies gaps between the current state and future state data models and creates data remediation plans. Performs validation and corrections via audit reports to ensure standardization daily.
+ Execute on Data Quality Roadmap; improving data quality monitoring, issue resolution and dashboarding capabilities.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
+ Education – Graduating with Master’s in Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field from an accredited degree program.
+ Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
+ Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
+ Travel - Up to 10%
+ Strong with SQL or other query and business analytics tools
+ Strong understanding of data management concepts, principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior related internship or co-op experience.
+ Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
+ Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong planning & organizational skills
+ Knowledge of analyzing data & reporting
+ Strong business and economic thinking.

Expected Salary Range
$44,100.00 - $78,800.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
