Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Supply Chain Intelligence and Procurement Manager to lead and manage our global supply chain intelligence and procurement support teams located in India
This role involves critical analysis and reporting of key supply market indicators, developing world-class market intelligence processes, and managing requests for quotation and supplier negotiations
Additionally, the candidate will organize and lead annual continuous improvement projects and programs within the supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the global supply chain intelligence and procurement support teams located in India.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report key supply market indicators and associated impacts per established cadence to support executive leadership business reviews.
Market Intelligence Processes: Develop world-class market intelligence processes that deliver high-quality information to the global Supply Chain organization.
Quotation and Supplier Negotiations: Develop and execute processes to issue requests for quotation, analyze responses, and lead preliminary price breakdown reviews and negotiations with suppliers.
Continuous Improvement Projects: Organize and lead the supply chain’s annual continuous improvement projects and programs.
Research and Development: Research new technologies and new supplier alternatives to enhance the supply chain capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a Supply Chain and/or Business Intelligence function.
Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in market, industry, and competitive analysis, including component manufacturing, cost structure, and pricing strategies.
Applied experience in market research, financial analysis and accounting, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Project applications.
