JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to join our Global Technology Transformation team within the Corporate Finance.
The Global Technology Transformation team is seeking a professional to support strategic program execution, who has a penchant for cross-functional partnering to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment. This is a high-impact opportunity in our Global Technology Finance and Business Management organization that ensures critical programs are effectively governed to achieve target outcomes and that senior management across the firm have visibility and the appropriate level of engagement for making expected progress and resolving impediments.
Job Summary
As a Technology Transformation Program Manager Vice President within the Global Technology Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members to drive programs that are modernizing the technology function within a connected, forward-looking organization that promotes strategic decision making and tactical execution in support of critical initiatives. You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. This role offers high visibility across the organization with exposure to the Chief Information Office, Chief Financial Office, and Chief Operating Office, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.
Job Responsibilities
+ Provide central oversight and management for complex, highly visible programs from program inception through execution
+ Liaise across Lines of Business to shape and drive program governance, to assess program risks and issues, and to efficiently formulate and mobilize mitigation and resolution steps where needed
+ Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and tradeoffs to inform program timelines, execution models and strategic investment decisions
+ Develop senior level presentations and present in meetings with Technology, Finance and Operating leadership
+ Concisely articulate program updates for senior leaders to elevate progress against key milestones and to escalate blockers and support needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, & Skills
+ 8+ years of experience in management consulting, technology finance, and/or project management
+ Experience managing 1 or work work streams in large-scale transformations
+ Understanding of analytical and independent problem-solving skills; sound judgment and strong collaborative decision-making skills
+ Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with ease and under pressure
+ Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to forge relationships, indirectly lead, influence, and gain consensus on process
+ Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
+ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
+ High attention to detail; follows through to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
+ Proactive and entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
