Job Summary:
Supermicro is looking for a General Manager (GM) of Finance reporting under the CFO. This position will be responsible for all departments on finance-related discussions, working with all level of management to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit exceptional leadership skills, with a minimum of 15 year of prior related experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with all departments on finance-related discussions, work with all level of management to resolve discrepancies
- Work on international expansion initiatives
- Help CFO drive cost savings and efficiencies throughout the company
- Ensure company's compliance with internal and external policies and statutes
- Assist CFO in the financial analysis of potential strategic initiatives
- Work with team members to continuously improve efficiency and drive higher results to the company
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or business related fields; MBA or CPA is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of relevant financial analysis/business analysis experience preferred
• Excellent communication skill, and strong initiative and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Exceptionally strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skill -- ability to take initiative and drive process improvement cross functions and within department
• Experience working in hardware ODM, OEM, or CM industries is strongly preferred
Salary Range
$255,000 - $281,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
