• Help shape and prioritize Suterra’s global Product Development roadmap by delivering market analyses and developing business cases, driven by grower needs and emerging trends
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product development projects on time, and on budget
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches and existing product and service enhancements
• Build relationships with decision-makers at key growers and drive adoption, acting as the primary interface
• Collaborate with the Commercial facing teams to transition from launches to scale-up of larger market sales processes

• Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
• Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with growers, backed up by solid written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in complex project management, and the ability to integrate technical problem-solving into a plan for executing in the field
• Proven track record of driving multi-tasked measurable business outcomes to success, on time, in a team setting
• Business-first mentality and a bias for action
• Autonomy to perform at a high level with limited supervision, and interact with executives and individual contributors simultaneously
• Ability to work and interact globally across different time zones, languages and cultures
• Ability to travel up to 40% when necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture-related field, engineering or similar scientific disciplines
• 5+ years experience in agriculture or related fields, manufacturing or other industries where physical product development plays a critical role
• Working knowledge of commercial agriculture, grower operations and the associated inputs required for success

Pay Range:   $110,000-150,000 and may include the opportunity for a discretionary bonus.   Final compensation will be dependent on skills and experience.
