Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the locker room facilities, replenishing supplies, providing personalized service to members, and ensuring the safety and security of members' belongings. 

Specific Responsibilities:

• Keep the locker room facilities impeccably clean and organized, including restocking supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities to ensure members' needs are consistently met.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to club members and guests, assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Executing tasks delegated by the locker room manager.
• Work closely with departments to efficiently coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth operations, ultimately contributing to member satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or club environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift heavy objects repeatedly during shift hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
