Golf - Outdoor Services - Cart Attendant and Closer - Great Parks of Hamilton County

Join the team at The Vineyard Golf Course! At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations.

This part time position works various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our Outside Services team greets and serves guests that are visiting the golf course and clubhouse area and assist with pace of play. Standard practice allows employee to proceed alone on regular duties with questionable situations referred to supervisor.

• Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Maintains confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information.
• Confirms guests tee times and payments at the beginning of their round.
• Helps guests maintain Pace of Play on the golf course.
• Cleans and maintains golf carts on a daily basis.
• Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance, and has the opportunity to pick up extra shifts if desired.
• Greets and serves guests to ensure satisfaction. Handles guest inquiries.
• Performs various ground maintenance. Operates a minimal amount of ground maintenance equipment and tools.
• Opens facilities and prepares for daily business. Closes and secures facilities at the end of the business day.
• Maintains cleanliness of guest and employee areas including restrooms. May include other housekeeping duties.

Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three (3) days of original appointment as a condition of employment in compliance with Immigration Reform and Control Act requirements.
