Governance and Organizational Performance Advisor at Mastech Digital

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Governanceand Organizational Performance Advisor for our client in the Federal domain. Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Bethesda, MD - Hybrid

Role: Governance and Organizational Performance Advisor

Primary Skills: Change Management

Role Description: As a Governance and Organizational Performance Advisor, you must have at least 10+ years of experience. 

Skills Required:

- 10 years or more experience in expert level planning, executing and or advising senior executives on enterprise governance. 

- Experience working with federal organizations on governance initiatives (performance management and reporting, delegations of responsibility, strategic planning and implementation, etc.). 

- Strong management analysis, problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 

- Excellent understanding of governance frameworks and leading practices. 

- Ability to generate recommendations and implementation strategies to address key governance issues.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. 

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills: 

- Experience in consulting (independently or through a firm). 

- Experience in enterprise risk management, financial management, change management, or organizational transformation.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

- Serve as subject matter expert for planning, executing, and/or advising on initiatives and process improvements to facilitate enterprise governance operations as well as effective risk management and decision making.

- Expected Deliverables: Slide presentations that detail recommendations and implementation guidance.

Education: Master's Degree (Business, Management, or related field). Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
