Grain Operations Manager - Gpac

Gpac has currently partnered with a well-established agribusiness group in that is in need of a Grain Operations Manager to oversee their grain elevator operations.  This individual will be responsible for the overall ops management of multiple locations and will have direct reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong grain handling/storage experience, along with facility/equipment maintenance knowledge, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. This location offers top of the line equipment, and has the ability to move a high volume of grain.

Grain Operations Manager Responsibilities
• Manage the oversight of operations personnel
• Manage grain inventory and quality
• Oversee loading/unloading of grain
• Oversight of grain blending
• Safety and compliance management
• Oversight of capital projects
• Provide a high level of customer service

Grain Operations Manager Background Requirements
• 1+ years of grain management experience
• Strong knowledge of grain operations
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees

Comp: $70K-$85K+ base DOE
