Job Title: Grain Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly or Salary

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr (Starting) + OT after 200 hours/month

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Grain Operations Manager to oversee our grain facilities and fertilizer plant. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a background in elevator operations and strong mechanical skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of grain handling and storage processes, particularly during the busy harvest season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee grain facilities and manage operations during harvest.
• Monitor and maintain grain quality; check grain bins and ensure proper weighing of loads.
• Supervise and coordinate with crew members and seasonal staff.
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities (e.g., changing bearings, basic repairs).
• Manage blending of fertilizer and maintain Terragators.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in elevator operations.
• Strong mechanical and maintenance skills; ability to perform basic repairs.
• Experience with people supervision and crew management.
• Willingness to work extended hours during the harvest season.

Additional Information:

• Competitive pay range starting at $25-$30/hr, with potential for overtime after 200 hours per month.
