At American Pop Corn Company, we are currently seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our team. Our Grain Transporter coordinates corn needs between the elevators and production. They also evaluate the performance of our corn.
Grain Transporters Essential Functions:
To load, deliver, and unload wagons to elevators. The Grain Transporter will adhere to the wagon cleaning schedules and keep the tractors clean. They will also report any equipment issues to the Maintenance Supervisor, Elevator Team Leader, or Field Department Manager. This person will operate unloading equipment including belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and valves. They will adhere to the housekeeping schedule of the area. Grain Transporters must accurately fill out the required record-keeping information. This person will be performing corn blending and loading of wagons to meet product specifications.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Six months to one year of related experience or training with ability to operate a farm tractor. Equivalent of education and experience allowed.
