Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod (SEPA) a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is seeking a collaborative, detailed-oriented individual to serve as Grant Administrator/Administrative Assistant for three primary areas: Love Revolution – a 5 year grant funded through Lilly Endowment Inc
that helps SEPA Synod congregations evolve from an institutional church built on programs and resources into a missional church build on relationship and service
The person fulfilling this position will be responsible for Love Revolution grant administration, requiring a skilled administrator, effective communicator and being adept at finances
This person will assist the Program Director and team to live out this grant proposal
Vocations and Leadership and Mission Advancement – assists with administrative responsibilities and works closely with associated teams to support congregations and individuals living out their discipleship within SEPA Synod and the ELCA
Such work primarily centers on record keeping and communications for ELCA processes for generosity, candidacy, synod authorized ministry, and pastoral leadership transitions
The Administrative Assistant serves as the initial point of contact with SEPA Synod constituents for general inquiries made by phone, email of in-person.
