About the Job
Job Title: Grants Manager.
Reports To: Executive Director and Director of Finance.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Hours: 37.5 hours nonexempt staff position. 9 am - 4:30 pm M-F.
Some occasional evening/weekend flexibility required for center special events.
Benefits: Paid holidays, PTO, Health Insurance, 401K.
Salary: $50,000.

Summary: Grant administration and reporting. Fiscal support.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Input financial data on a regular basis. Candidate MUST have experience with Excel.
- Process invoices, track grant expenditures and provide necessary documentation to fulfill grant/funding monthly reports on time as per funder reporting agreement.
- Works closely with director of finance on ensuring all fiscal practices are done in accordance with fiscal policy and procedure of Westcott Community Center.
- Works transparently, is organized, and has a high level of accountability.
- Process payroll for Westcott CC staff and subcontracted teaching artists.
- Assists with ordering program supplies as deemed necessary by the Executive Director, Director of Operations or executive staff.
- Prepare grant overview reports for the board of directors and other fiscal projection reports.
- Performs all duties effectively and efficiently with an appropriate degree of confidentiality.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by the executive director.
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft word processing software and be able to type accurately.
- Excel spreadsheet software experience a MUST, internet, payroll processing software and QuickBooks knowledge.
Language Ability:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Math Ability:
- Ability to calculate figures, keep accurate financial records and calculate, interest, proportions, percentages using a calculator or computer.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Education/Experience:
- Must have an Associates degree A. S. in accounting or bookkeeping and or equivalent from two-year college, a B.S. is preferred, and/ or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass background check.
