Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Graphic Design & Content Specialist for the beautiful new Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is seeking a talented and innovative Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this full-time, hourly position will focus on providing graphic design support for the marketing department as well as the entire resort, including sales, food and beverage, Mokara Spa, golf, operations, and other departments. Additionally, this role will contribute to creative endeavors, such as content generation for social media, ensuring the resort's visual identity is consistently upheld.

· Provide graphic design support for marketing campaigns, ensuring all creative materials are on-brand and align with Omni’s standards.

· Design marketing collateral for internal and external purposes, including brochures, signage, digital assets, and presentations.

· Assist in the creation of social media content (photography and videography) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

· Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager to develop creative concepts for special events, promotional materials, and resort activations.

· Maintain and organize creative assets, ensuring easy access and use by the marketing team and other departments.

· Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and resort departments to deliver consistent visual messaging that supports business objectives.

· Support video production needs, from capturing footage to editing, for use in digital and social media channels.

· Assist with on-site photo and video shoots, working with third-party vendors as needed to enhance visual storytelling.

· Stay up to date with graphic design, social media, and digital content trends to continuously enhance resort marketing efforts.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, food and beverage, Mokara Spa, golf, operations, and other departments to meet design and creative content needs.

· Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

· 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or creative services, preferably within the hospitality or luxury sectors.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro or similar).

· Strong understanding of social media content creation, including photography and videography.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of Omni Hotels & Resorts brand standards is a plus.

· A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, social media content creation, and digital asset management skills.
