Day-to-Day Duties May Include:
- Producing and editing images to be used in the instructions for use (IFU) for medical device systems and instruments.
- Collaborating with department team members and with cross-functional subject matter experts to collect screen captures in multiple languages.
- Owning image creation from inception to completion.
- Working to ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintaining an internal archive (repository) of images.
- Developing and/or maintaining process and productivity aids (intake forms).
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and quality documents.
- Participating in content review cycles to provide feedback on creative and design elements.
- Researching and recommending new creative solutions as they relate to graphic design.
- Ensuring successful representation of the styles and standards as well as the corporate brands across media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
