About the Role
The Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand digital and print assets that support Nexteer’s global marketing communications strategy. This position is a critical enabler for the Global Marketing Communications team to bring the company’s messaging to life across various mediums, as well as alignment with Nexteer’s brand standards and business objectives. The Graphic Designer will work across multiple channels and platforms, from print collateral to digital content, contributing to the execution of high-impact marketing communication campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads Brand Design & Creative Development: Develops innovative design concepts and creates visual assets that align with Nexteer’s global brand strategy and messaging guidelines.
- Marketing Collateral: Designs high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, posters, digital ads, and more to support business objectives, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all materials.
- Web & Digital Content: Supports web design and management, ensuring the development of visually appealing, user-friendly designs for website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and digital content for social media channels.
- Social Media Design: Collaborates with the social media team to design engaging graphics for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Campaign Support: Provides creative support for both global and regional campaigns, ensuring that design concepts meet objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Presentation & Event Materials: Designs visually compelling presentations and materials for trade shows, webinars, and corporate events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication through design.
- Video & Motion Graphics: Supports video content production by designing motion graphics, animations, and visual assets to enhance video storytelling for marketing, sales, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Collaborates with Cross-Functional Teams: Works closely with various internal functions and external agencies to ensure designs align with global strategies, company goals, and project timelines.
- Enforces Quality Control & Brand Consistency: Maintains and enforces Nexteer’s visual brand guidelines, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and reflect the brand’s identity, tone, and values.
- Actively Seeks & Incorporates Feedback: Responds to feedback from internal stakeholders, making revisions as needed to finalize designs while maintaining the integrity of the brand and meeting deadlines.
- Oversees Asset Management: Contributes to the digital asset management system, ensuring all design work is properly archived and organized for future use, and that all assets adhere to trademark and copyright guidelines.
- Pursues Continuous Improvement: Stays up-to-date with design trends, tools and best practices to continually enhance design work and contribute to the team’s growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise in a variety of design styles and mediums, including print and digital.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, etc.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media, with an understanding of how design elements function across different platforms and formats.
- Familiarity with web design and user interface principles, including experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, working efficiently and autonomously while maintaining high creative standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for design and creative problem Knowledge of branding principles and a commitment to brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
