Currently, we are seeking two Graphic Design Professionals to join our team on a Hybrid Basis with focus on:
Social Media Graphic Design
Email Campaigns
Designing Layouts from concept to design for print and digital
As a Graphic Designer, you will design brand identity systems and creative content for integrated marketing campaigns and product merchandise across all media
You will develop a range of stylistic and technical solutions against a creative brief, drive creative quality at all stages of the development process, and ensure creative campaign continuity for a line of business.
Key Role Functions
• Collaborate with creative team and business partners to develop creative content for integrated marketing campaigns, across all media
• Assistance with the CMS compliance submission processes and marketing intake
• Translate creative strategy into a range of stylistic and technical solutions that express the brand and fulfill the business objectives defined in the creative brief
• Produce creative concepts, presentations, brand identity systems, design solutions, and final art files with minimal supervision
• Ensure brand consistency, campaign continuity, and creative quality for a line of business
• Some help with our digital lead generation team and the lead sales and distribution process

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
