About the Job
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand’s message across various platforms
You will work on a range of projects including social media graphics, marketing materials, web designs, and more
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing team and internal stakeholders to creatively showcase Butler in alignment with our brand
Use creative expertise to produce highly engaging, effective marketing assets for a variety of mediums and platforms, including but not limited to online display ads, social media ads, print ads, direct mailers, brochures, videos, animated GIFs, posters, displays, emails, for both internal and external audiences
Manage creative process for all projects, from initial concept to fully produced and approved materials
Plan, develop, and execute on creative tactics to align with key messaging, desired audiences, and campaign objectives
Manage all aspects of external print production and mailing through vendors to ensure expectations and deliverables are met
Manage and maintain in-house, high-speed commercial printer, including vendor relationship, paper stock, toner, troubleshooting and maintenance coordination
Collect necessary creative assets by utilizing online resources and/or partner creative asset resources
Maintain an advanced knowledge of design software and current trends within the creative industry
Conceptualize, direct, capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for a variety of platforms to grow Butler’s capabilities
Assist with monitoring and maintaining company websites through WordPress CMS
Create and maintain web-optimized graphics and videos for company websites in alignment with website best practices
Collaborate on graphic and video needs for all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and Yammer
Champion alignment with company and partner brand standards in all projects
Manage and maintain a highly organized server of logos, images, videos and creative files
Work in alignment with the mission and values of Butler Machinery
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A 2-year or 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related Marketing field.
4+ years of experience or equivalent experience / training in graphic design.
Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite with programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro.
Experience with WordPress or similar website CMS
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company insurability guidelines.
Video editing and production capabilities strongly preferred
