Job Description
Job Summary
ideal candidate must have a proven track record executing design work for a digital company and enjoy working in a team environment. This position is for PropStream, a subsidiary of Stewart Title.
Job Responsibilities
- Create digital marketing assets: banners (static and animated) for paid ads, emails, blogs,
and more - Design and maintain webpages/landing pages for our brand and partners, including
optimization briefs for SEM - Design print materials for conferences (brochures, updating business cards, banner
rollups, booth design) - Maintaining SEO optimization for images and technical SEO on the website
- From time to time, assist with the development and design of social media posts
- Responsible for the artistic development of a wide range of creative, persuasive and educational communication deliverables to meet client objectives
- Responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos
- Create visual text and imagery concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the PropStream brand
- Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
- Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
- Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
- Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
- Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Experience
- Typically requires +3 years of related work experience
- Proficient working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and
InDesign - Knowledge of Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premier Pro a plus
