WHO WE NEED:
The Graphic Designer II will play a key role in visually communicating our brand and product offerings. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling design assets that engage our target audience, strengthen our brand identity, and support sales enablement and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS design, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and effective design work.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to produce engaging and visually appealing design assets, including digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, landing pages, infographics, video assets, event signage and print materials.
- Design assets that align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain design templates and style guides for internal use and external-facing materials.
- Create visually compelling presentations for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and client pitches.
- Design high-quality visual content for websites, blogs, video, and digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design approach.
- Market Knowledge: Ability to build and command an in-depth understanding of market, competitor trends, and customer needs and be a voice of the customer back into the company for improvements and enhancements.
- Sales Motion: Adept closer with the ability to coach sales team members on how to overcome objections or detractors, to create a sense of urgency, and to reach successful close.
- Pipeline management: Track and manage sales activities, information, and other key signals to generate accurate forecasts and predictable revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work, including digital marketing campaigns, web design, and print materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, with experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects or similar software) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) is a bonus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers.
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
