Knowledge Services is currently adding a Graphic Designer who will work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to bring Knowledge Services brands to life in digital, traditional, and promotional channels and materials. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. The Marketing Team serves multiple internal stakeholders and supports both corporate/internal communications and Business Development initiatives. Responsibilities:- Create visual brand compliant assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and various promotional materials.
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers and the Creative Manager to ensure designs align with brand strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design work.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative concept development.
- Translate abstract concepts into engaging visual representations.
- Adapt to feedback and make revisions as required.
- Photography and video support
- Take and edit photos for all communications applications and channels
- Assists with video projects for internal and external use, including for social media, general marketing use, and instructional videos
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field plus 3 years applied experience.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Applied experience working in B2B, SaaS, or Government sectors desirable
