What you will be doing:
You will use your artistic and creative skills to help communicate ideas to consumers and distributors based on the Company’s go-to-market strategy. From the layout of our website to other marketing collateral (print or digital), you will be able to create visual concepts and bring it to life to help increase sales in North America.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders from different departments in the design concept phase through completion of all marketing related projects
- Establish creative direction for the Company as well as brand guidelines based on feedback
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images and obtaining final approval for all layouts
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need:
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 3+ years of experience in professional graphic design
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic arts, design, communications or related field
- Working knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and computer skills including computer fluency in MS Office
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
