Graphic Designer/Marketing Content Coordinator
Trade Design Build is a small, integrated Architectural Design and Construction firm focused on contemporary and exciting design solutions, executed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our primary focus is on the hospitality, agro-tourism and beverage industries. We also do work in other commercial and residential markets, as well as smaller scales such as furniture and casework installations.
Our company is rooted in the seamless connection between the design process and the physical construction of that vision. We pride ourselves on our integrated process which strives to engage designers and builders throughout project delivery, from conception to occupation.
We're looking for a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator who can create all of our branding, social media, and graphic design content and help utilize it to execute our marketing plan. The ideal candidate would have a background in graphic design & marketing and would be a self-driven, organized person who would be able to create content that helps us elevate our brand and help get the word out by executing our marketing plan.
The candidate will be responsible for the production & coordination of advertising materials, website production/maintenance, social media content, copy, SEO, and coordination of community outreach efforts. They will also be responsible for working with the management team to coordinate our sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all social media platforms & content including Instagram, Facebook, blog, and others
- Create content for advertising & marketing efforts including print, online advertising & sponsorships
- Work with the management team to help develop & implement a robust brand identity that aligns with established principles & goals of the organization and strategic plan including all print and online graphic content
- Oversee and maintain website content & SEO efforts
- Produce and coordinate all necessary marketing content including copy, photography, videography, and other graphic content
- Coordinate & manage all community outreach and charitable efforts
- Work with the management team to identify & engage in networking & sales opportunities
- Manage CRM platform
