Graphic design requires expertise, intelligence, knowledge, talent, skill, and an a7inity for images, words and media. Graphic designers create layouts and designs for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral and other published materials in print, online and in-store. They are responsible for creative inspiration, bringing to life ideas, selecting and arranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing colors and influencing the concept for design. Knowledge of the latest graphic design software is essential. Strong communication skills are important as they frequently interact with other design managers, creative team members, such as production artists, writers, art directors and creative directors. This freelancer should have the following additional skills: " Expert in Adobe Creative Suite " Ensures quality and consistency of deliverables including designs, mockups and prototypes to meet business objectives and needs " Visualizes with strategic intent " Creates and interpret brand guidelines " Delivers e7iciently and with agility " Brings to life ideas across touchpoints including gin-store and in e-commerce platforms Must haves: " Ability to understand and design against brand guidelines " Adobe Creative Cloud " Partner with Design and multi-discipline internal/external partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and design execution. Responsible for enabling design intent realization, ensuring technical fit-for-use and print feasibility, leads design intent implementation and ensures quality and consistent visual execution across all product forms and variants at FMOT. " This role requires a fundamental understanding of design, brand identity and design standards/guidelines, combined with a deep understanding of standard industry pre-press & printing knowledge, materials & substrates, and artwork file construction/ requirements.
