Graphic Designer - Pape-Dawson Engineers

This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and is responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of print and digital marketing assets to support the Company’s marketing initiatives.

• Develop graphics for print and digital output such as ads, social media, e-mail, web, proposals/qualification packages, award submittals, and presentations, for both internal and external purposes while adhering to Pape-Dawson’s established visual identity and brand guidelines
• Design and develop content for print collateral including flyers, brochures, and large format tradeshow graphics
• Design graphics to support corporate events and communication
• Coordinate production of print collateral with external vendors with limited oversight
• Develop infographics to visually communicate technical information for project proposals
• Produce graphics for internal communication for employee events and email blasts
• Assist with video and photography coordination as needed
• Maintain organization of creative assets

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 2 years graphic design experience
• Must be highly skilled in core Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Must be highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong work ethic, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently with direction as well as with a team for collaboration with statewide marketing team
• Ability to develop and maintain a high level of professional relationships with any level of employee within an organizational structure
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines
