Job Summary
This position willbe responsible forthe design and development of materialsto support business development, with emphasis onoffering memorandums,presentations, and print and digital collateralrequiredfor proposals and presentations.
Main Responsibilities
Create,design, and editmaterials to include, but not limited to; print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentationgraphic/charts, and end bound books.
Apply professional graphic designprinciplesand developnew ideasto support business development.
Managecomplex projects from start to finish.
Provide design advice and guidance to deal team; taking verbal and writteninput andapply tographic illustrations.
Designdynamicemail blasts,andmarketing campaigns.
Createdesign to fit preferences of the deal team and the client, withinJLLbranding standards.
Keepinformed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business.Additionally,musthave the desire to learn and grow in this position.
Take initiative todeterminewhen others need help andassistas needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
Minimum of2years design experience usingAdobe Creative Suite.
Excellent interpersonaland communication skills.
Ability to design within branding standards.
Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others.
Well-developedverbal, listening, written and creative designskills.
Excellent time management, planning andproblem-solvingskills.
Any knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Designor equivalent experience.
Design relatedcertifications a plus.
Computer Skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)for aMacintosh Operating System.
Emphasisin the use of InDesign.
Must have intermediate working knowledge ofHTML,Dreamweaver,Outlook, Word,andExcel.
Environment
Office – work with computers, copiers, and scanners.
