Graphic Designer
Sideshow has an immediate need for a hybrid Graphic Designer in the Graphic Arts Department. The Graphic Arts Department, aka the GAD, creates collateral for both digital and print initiatives- including social media graphics, email banners, product gallery images, packaging, publishing, and more.

Duties:
- Support and work closely with fellow design team staff.
- Ability to multi-task and respond quickly and positively to changing demands.
- Timely creation of digital design collateral, including graphics for product releases, events, the website, social media, email, and more.
- Ability to retouch photography and mask images in Photoshop.
- Design of print collateral for postcards, stickers, swag, physical banners, and more.
- Support other departments with various graphic and marketing requests.
- Strong project management skills: able to manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an agency or in-house design department preferred. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and processes is a plus
- E-Commerce experience a plus.
- Has the ability to collaborate with a team of designers or self-manage with little direction.
- Can follow brand style guides, while keeping graphics fresh.
-Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign on a MAC platform.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
- Can handle constructive criticism and make multiple edits to designs.
- Has a strong grasp of typography and is passionate about delivering excellent design.
- Self-motivator who can push themselves creatively and can own their vision from conceptualization to implementation while remaining open minded to change.
