Graphic Designer - Delaware Park Casino & Racing

• Responsible for designing all graphics and creative for the property.  This includes but is not limited to: monthly mail pieces, invitations, postcards, print & digital signage, billboards, print & digital advertising and promotional graphics. 
• Prepares and oversees that properly formatted artwork is sent off- site to vendors for production.
• Responsible for maintaining communication and providing interim project status reports to all parties involved with creative artwork.
• Responsible for overall conceptualization, development and execution of creative illustrations for in-house and external marketing productions.
• Prepares and oversees that properly formatted camera-ready artwork is electronically and manually  sent off-site to digital presses.
• Monitors all phases of production.
• Assists in the maintenance of departmental equipment.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Four (4) to Five (5) years of experience in Commercial Arts and/or Graphic Design.
• Proficient in using Mac Adobe Creative Suite Software, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to create graphics.
• Web design experience with knowledge of html, flash, java script, and html a plus.
• Video and Multimedia skills also a plus
• Strong knowledge of commercial printing and direct mail.
• Must have strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including     evenings, weekends and holidays.
